We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing a personalized and valuable service. This Privacy Policy statement explains the data processing practices of StreetRede and describes how StreetRede, which is available at the website located at www.StreetRede.com (the "StreetRede Website"), and includes web content, products and services (collectively, the "StreetRede Service"), treats personal information that we collect and receive. DATA THAT WE COLLECT

The purpose of the StreetRede Service is to provide a communications and information resource for students, professionals, companies, and organizations interested in the financial services industry. You willingly provide us certain personal information, which we collect in order to allow you to benefit from the StreetRede Service. If you have any hesitation about providing your information to us and/or having your information displayed on the StreetRede Service or otherwise used in any manner permitted in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, you should not use or register for an account with the StreetRede Service.

We collect your Data in the following ways:

User Data

In order to access all the features and functions of the StreetRede Service as a registered user ("User"), you must first create an Account on our website. To create an Account you are required to provide the following contact information, which you recognize and expressly acknowledge is personal information allowing others, including StreetRede, to identify you: first and last name, email address, country of residence, whether you are currently employed, your current or previous employer, your current or previous title, the financial sector or industry in which you work or are interested in working, and a password chosen by you. You will also have the opportunity to provide optional information, such as your home address and zip code.

Your Profile

Once you become a User, you may promote and exchange information about your organization, services and yourself within your profile, and can invite friends, contacts and other students and professionals, into your STREET Network to do the same. You may, at your option, post traditional Resumes, digital Video Resumes, as well as other information about yourself, such as your college or university, your major, and sports and clubs you enjoy, and your Career Goals. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration to become a User is entirely optional, but may help you to maximize your networking opportunities through the StreetRede Service. You may choose to make your profile public or private. If your profile is public then any information that you include as part of your profile, not including any messages that you send or receive through your STREET Inbox, may be viewed by other Users. If your profile is private then your full profile may only be viewed by Users who are part of your STREET Network. However, even if your profile is private, your picture, name, job title, college or university, and major, may be viewed by Users inside and outside your STREET Network.

Your STREET Network

In order to invite others to connect with you directly through the StreetRede Service, you may use STREET Search to invite them if they are a User. It is possible to search for a User based on first name, last name, suffix, state, country, zip code, company, title, financial sector affiliation, non-financial sector affiliation, college or university, major or sports club. Some of this information about you will be used by the StreetRede Service to send your invitation, which will list your name, whether you are a student or a professional, and the name of your college, university or employer. You may also invite a non-User to join StreetRede using the email address of the person you intend to invite. The invitation will include your name, whether you are a student or a professional, and the name of your college, university or employer. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders.

All information that you enter or upload about your contacts will be covered by the same terms of this privacy policy as cover your own information.

STREET Guide/STREET Talk/STREET Events and other User Content

Although StreetRede reserves the right to refuse to post any or all content submitted by you in our sole discretion, when you post a message or other content to or through the StreetRede Service, including but not limited through the STREET Guide, STREET Talk and STREET Events features, you will have the ability to post a message that may include personally identifiable Data about yourself. Any personally identifiable Data that you choose to post on the StreetRede Website can be read, collected, or used by other Users. If you choose to make your own Data available online (including through a hyperlink) such that it is accessible to other Users, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. StreetRede is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit on the StreetRede Website. Please be reminded that any content or links posted by you must comply with the StreetRede Terms of Use http://www.streetrede.com/home/termsOfUse/ , and uploading, posting, transmitting or otherwise making available any personal information that is invasive of anothers privacy (including without limitation any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information) is strictly prohibited. Any violation by any User may result in immediate termination of such Users Account and access to the StreetRede Service, and may also subject such user to criminal penalties among other legal consequences.

Support and Administration

StreetRede may collect information through the StreetRede Service in order to, among other things, accurately categorize and respond to your inquiries and feedback, including through the "Contact Us" page, and deliver appropriate service levels.

Cookies

We use cookies to help personalize your use of the StreetRede Service. A cookie is a small amount of data that often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

This data may include information relating to your use of our sites, information about your computer such as the computer's IP address and browser type, demographic data and, if you arrived at our site via a link from third party site, the URL of the linking page. If you are a registered User this may include your name and email address for verification purposes.

Any information provided to third parties through such cookies will not include personally identifiable Data but may provide general segment information, e.g. your industry or geographic location, your title or position, or information about your professional or educational background, in order to better customize your use of the StreetRede Service.

Any external websites you link to through or in connection with the StreetRede Service, may use their own cookies and tracking devices, which are subject to their own privacy policies, and are not subject to the StreetRede Privacy Policy. We do not give advertisers or other third party entities access to StreetRede Service cookies. We encourage all of our users to read the privacy policies of all websites. This privacy policy applies only to cookie and tracking information collected by the StreetRede Service.

Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a set of numbers that serve as that computer's Internet Protocol or "IP" address. Depending on how you access our site, the StreetRede Website servers automatically receive and record the IP address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, as well as the name of your ISP. Your IP address may also be recorded when you post content on the StreetRede Website and send emails and other communications through the StreetRede Service. When you visit the StreetRede Website, we may also automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came, such as through an embedded link or search engine, and the site to which you are going when you leave the StreetRede Service. This information may be used to analyze overall usage trends and patterns to help us improve the StreetRede Service. The connection between your IP address, referring URLs and your personally identifiable Data is not shared with third parties without your express permission, unless we are required to do so by law.

Consent to StreetRede Processing Your Data

Certain information you provide to StreetRede, for example, photographs, video diaries, profile information and blog postings, may reveal, or allow others to identify, your nationality, ethnic origin, religion or other aspects of your private life, and more generally about you. Please be aware that in providing Data to StreetRede for the purposes of becoming a User, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. You have the right to withdraw your consent to share your Data at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, but please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive which means that Data you have already shared may still be viewable by other Users (such as messages you have sent and comments you have posted to public forums on the StreetRede Service).

YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES

Your Control and Access to Your Data

You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to the information you publish, or to the settings for your StreetRede account including your email, and contact preferences, at any time by logging in to your account on the StreetRede Website. You can also send us an email with your request at support@streetrede.com . Please be aware that even after your request for a change is processed, StreetRede may, for a time, retain residual information about you in its backup and/or archival copies of its database.

Opting Out of Certain Communications

Users will be given the choice to opt-out of receiving certain optional communications from us and our affiliates and marketing partners. To "opt-out" you may either use the "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" option contained within any email message delivered to you, or by emailing your opt-out request tosupport@streetrede.comwith the word "unsubscribe" in the email subject line. Users should allow a reasonable time (but not more than 10 days) for the opt-out request to be processed. Please be aware that your opt-out choice may mean that certain features and functions fo the StreetRede Service will no longer be available to you.

Closing Your Account

You may also cancel your registration and terminate your Account with the StreetRede Service, in which case your Profile information will generally be deleted from the StreetRede Service. However, some Data, primarily your contact information, may remain in our records to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests or document compliance with regulatory requirements, and we may elect to retain any aggregate and non-personally identifiable information related to your StreetRede Account indefinitely. To request that we close your account, please send your request to support@streetrede.com . Please send your request using an email account that you have registered with StreetRede under your name. All Data we retain will continue to be subject to the terms of the StreetRede privacy policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

StreetRede is a communications and information resource for students, professionals, companies, and organizations interested in learning about the financial services industry and more effectively connecting with one another. When you provide your Data through or using the StreetRede Service you are sharing your Data with StreetRede and its affiliated entities for use in accordance with this policy.

Within StreetRede, we restrict access to personal information to StreetRede employees, independent contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the StreetRede Service. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

StreetRede Communications

StreetRede will communicate with you through email and notices posted on the StreetRede Website or through other means available through the StreetRede Service. We usually will use the email and contact Data you provide to us only to respond to your inquiry or to process your request (such as customer support inquiries) or in accordance with your stated preferences. However, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the StreetRede Service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are related to your use of the StreetRede Service, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Please also be aware that while you remain an active User, you will generally always receive certain emails from the StreetRede Service related to the proper functioning of your Account, such as email notices when another User in your STREET Network sends you a message.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

StreetRede takes the privacy of its Users very seriously. We do not currently sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable Data to third parties for marketing purposes. If, in the future, we elect to share User Data with third parties, for example, to provide you with information about professional networking opportunities offered by third parties, we will update this policy and give Users the opportunity to "opt out" of sharing their Data for such purposes.

The StreetRede Service may use or share your Data where it is to operate or improve the technical functionality of the StreetRede Service, or to do something that you have asked us to do.

In the course of operating our business it may be necessary or appropriate for us to provide access to your Data to other third parties, such as our service providers, contractors and select vendors so that we can manage and improve the StreetRede Service and our business. Unless it is not commercially reasonable, we generally seek to obtain confidentiality agreements that are consistent with this policy and that limit the use or disclosure by others of the Data you have shared.

We may provide third parties with aggregated, non-personally identifiable data about the use of the StreetRede Service such as the number of Users who accessed a particular area or function of the StreetRede Service, for example, or how many Users clicked on a particular link, used particular features or entered certain search terms. We may segment our Users by role (i.e. students, vice presidents), financial services sector, geographic location, or company. This aggregated information will not identify you individually. This aggregate, non-personally identifiable information is not considered Data subject to this policy, and may be used by StreetRede in any way that it deems appropriate. Among other things, this aggregate information may be used by StreetRede, to build up marketing profiles, to aid strategic development, to improve functionality of the StreetRede Service, to manage our relationship with current and prospective advertisers and business partners, and to audit usage of the StreetRede Website.

Disclosures Required by Law

It is possible that we may need to disclose Data when required by law, such as responses to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims and if in our judgment in such circumstances disclosure is required or appropriate.

Disclosures to a Successor-in-Interest

Any third party to which we transfer or sell StreetRedes assets will have the right to continue to use the Data that you provide to us, subject to this policy as may be amended.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Children

Minors under age 18 are not eligible to register for an Account or use the StreetRede Service. Without limiting this restriction, in particular, we do not knowingly collect or store any Data on children under 13 years of age. We will undertake to promptly delete all Data on any such children where a parent or guardian has notified us that any such details have been obtained.

Transfer of Data to the United States

The Internet is a global environment. Using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. This means that your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By using The StreetRede Service, registering for a StreetRede Account and/or communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of your personal data in this manner, and agree to be bound by the applicable privacy laws that StreetRede is governed by as well as the jurisdiction and venue provisions of the StreetRede Terms of Use http://www.streetrede.com/home/termsOfUse/ .

The StreetRede Service may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit an advertiser by "clicking on" a banner ad or other type of advertisement, or click on another third party link, you will be directed to that third partys website. The fact that the StreetRede Service displays a link to a third party website or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement for goods or services of a third party is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of that third partys privacy or information security policies or practices. StreetRede does not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information submitted to them. We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

StreetRede may update this privacy policy at any time, with or without advance notice. I n the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your Data, we will display a notice on the StreetRede Website, and we may also elect to send you an email, as provided for above. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your Account.

If you use the StreetRede Service after notice of changes have been sent to you or published on our site for a period of at least 30 days, you hereby provide your consent to the changed practices.

SECURITY

StreetRede uses a variety of safeguards to protect your personal information.

Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Data you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your Data, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems. If you have registered as a User, StreetRede Account information will be password-protected. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your login information, password and to your computer. Be sure to log off from the StreetRede Service when finished using a shared computer. We strongly request you not to communicate any confidential information through StreetRede email or related means. Some areas of the StreetRede Service where you are requested to input personal information use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)-encryption to protect the data you input. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

If StreetRede learns of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the StreetRede Service or providing Data to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security and privacy issues related the StreetRede Service. StreetRede will endeavor to provide notice to you of any security systems breach and efforts to restore the integrity of the StreetRede Service in accordance with applicable law.
